The KWTW newsletter signup takes you to our Substack publication. Substack collects your newsletter subscription under its own terms and privacy policy. The website does not submit your address to Substack automatically.

When you join a merch list on this website, KWTW stores your email address, your chosen list, the signup page, the signup date and the consent wording version. KWTW merch and MGKE merch are separate lists.

How we use it

We use your address to send the updates you requested. Signup details are stored on Cloudflare. We do not sell your email address. Merch launches are being prepared; signing up does not place an order or guarantee a release date.

Change your preferences

For newsletter preferences, use the unsubscribe link in a Substack email or manage your subscription on Substack. For website merch lists, to unsubscribe, request a copy of your signup details or ask us to delete them, email hello@kwtw.media from the address you used. Tell us which list you mean, or ask to leave all lists. We will remove you from the active list before sending further updates.

Storage & protection

We keep signup details while you remain subscribed. Removal from the active list does not immediately remove copies retained in Cloudflare’s backup recovery window. To limit automated submissions, we keep a date-based hash of your network address with an attempt counter. Counters expire after one hour and are cleared when the next signup is processed. We do not store the raw network address in the signup database.
